This phrase is often repeated in nearly every sport – keep your eye on the ball.  It applies to business too!  If you do not watch the customer behavior, then the chance that you will profit more is very slim!

Keep your eyes focused on one part of the customer behavior and conversion.  Don’t watch your responses as you market.

Keep your focus on the customer behavior and let everything else fade into the background.

Try to look down on the customer behavior, rather than watching it at the end of the customer life cycle or at the time your customer goes to your competitor.  Raising your shoulders is not going to help you see the customer behavior more clearly.  If you will look down on the customer behavior, you will get results that are more successful and you will not have a tendency to look up before the end of your customer life cycle or before customer goes to your competitors.

I seem to lost count on how many times I've read and heard of many successful businesses failing almost left and right. Not that I care (and personally I don't), it seems strange that we often see successful and rich businessmen as flawless people, living the fairytale life of riches and glamor. I suppose we all have to stop sticking our heads in the clouds and face reality.

There are many ways to lose relation with your customers despite of how trivial it could get. But whatever happens, we should all try to improve our relationship with customers.

So what does it take to be a cut above the rest? Here are some of the things you can think and improve on that should be enough for a week.

If you just need to relieve a little stress, then sell/retain with all your strength may accomplish your goals.  However, if you want to sell/retain well, then you are going to have to hold back on the power of customer intelligence more.
